G2E role: Founder
The G2E team are the founders of myLike. The complete concept, product development, go-to-market strategy, strategic customer acquisition and financing has been developed and executed by the G2E team. Live since Q4/2016 myLike is an international Point of Interest hosting platform addressing business and private use cases.
G2E role: Business Development
G2E developed and executed a clear go-to-market and customer acquisition strategy for MyOmega’s industrial IOT platform and design service capabilities. G2E oversaw the business development, identified customers and actively drove the sales cycle within the target customers. This spanned automotive, agriculture, production to logistics companies. Several successful IOT projects (e.g. Würth) and co-operations (e.g. SAP) were initiated and realized by G2E.
G2E role: Technology partner search
G2E identified the various technology and financial partners required to execute this challenging 500 MW project and managed all stages of the project: from feasibility to execution. G2E also supported the project conceptually as well as providing technical, commercial and legal advice.
G2E role: Financing support
G2E know-how and networking skills were essential to raise the required $2.2 Billion investment for the project. G2E developed the financial concept, identified potential investors and was heavy involved throughout the negotiation and contract phase.
G2E role: Business Plan Development
G2E consulted on the initial Start-Up phase for CasaLive, a company that develops Applications (Apps) for Home Automation based on the existing WLAN network. G2E worked beside the team to develop a cohesive Business Plan that resulted in a successful IPhone App and cooperation with various industry partners.
